Robin S. Brown

Robin has been with Cavanagh LLP since 2013 when she started working as a summer student. Robin returned to the firm in 2014 as an articling student, and joined the firm as an associate in June, 2015. During her time at Cavanagh LLP, Robin has worked primarily in the area of insurance litigation, with a focus on defending professional liability claims. Robin has appeared before the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice, and the Ontario Small Claims Court.

Robin attended law school at the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Common Law, where she graduated, magna cum laude, in 2014. While at law school Robin was actively involved with local charities and in various student groups and organizations. Upon graduation, Robin was awarded the Osgoode Society Prize for Canadian Legal History given to the top graduating students.

When Robin is not reading case law, you can find her shopping in used book stores, trying out local restaurants and pretending that she enjoys exercise.
