A jury awarded $362,000 to the insurer, Safestep\u00a0Reinsurance Inc. The decision is\u00a0indicative of increasing strains on the relationship between insurers and their law firms.<\/p>\n<p>We have attached an article from Law.com&#8217;s &#8220;In House Counsel&#8221; column, describing the case.
